Bonus Hunt Tracker: Run Your Bonus Hunt on Stream and Collect Slots from Chat

A bonus hunt is one of the most addictive formats on casino streams. But the longer the slot list grows, the harder it is to manage by hand: spreadsheets, notepad entries, constant window switching. Meanwhile your viewers just watch instead of taking part. A good bonus hunt tracker removes that busywork and turns slot collection into part of the show.

What is a bonus hunt

A bonus hunt is when a streamer buys bonuses across several slots, then opens them one by one to tally the overall profit. Viewers love guessing which slot will pay big and which will flop. For the format to work, you need somewhere to keep the slot list, the buys, the wins and the average multiplier. That is exactly what a tracker does.

What a proper bonus hunt tracker should do

Before you pick a tool, keep a short checklist in mind. A proper tracker should:

  • show the bonus list right inside OBS, with no third-party apps;

  • calculate total cost, average multiplier, profit and the best and worst slot on its own;

  • show slot images, not just names;

  • support different currencies ($, RUB and others);

  • not require typing in every slot by hand during the stream.

That last point matters most. Manual entry is what eats your time and breaks the pace of the broadcast.

The OBS bonus hunt widget

On our platform the tracker is a ready-made OBS widget. You add a single link as a Browser Source and the bonus list appears over your stream. It is a lite widget: it renders instantly, with no lag or freezing.

What is inside:

  • slot images from a database of around 5000 games are pulled in automatically;

  • total cost, average multiplier, profit and best and worst slot stats are calculated live;

  • multi-currency support: $, RUB, ARS;

  • a theme matched to your brand, with your colors and logo;

  • auto-scroll for long lists so every slot fits.

The Slot Selection (chat) activity

The real convenience starts when viewers connect to the tracker. The Slot Selection (chat) activity lets you collect bonus hunt slots straight from chat.

Viewers simply type a slot name into chat on Kick, Twitch or YouTube. The platform automatically matches the message against the slot database (even with typos and emojis) and adds the game to the list. You do not type anything by hand.

The Slot Selection (chat) activity with slots collected from viewer chat

From there, any viewer who suggested a slot can be added to the active bonus hunt as a participant with one click. The chain is simple: chat suggests slots, you pick them, the slot lands in the tracker and the OBS widget. Viewers see their picks on stream and genuinely shape the hunt.

How to set it up in a couple of minutes

  • Create a bonus hunt in the admin panel and choose a currency.

  • Start the Slot Selection (chat) activity to begin collecting slots from chat.

  • Viewers post slots in chat, and you add the participants you want to the hunt.

  • Add the bonus hunt widget link to OBS as a Browser Source.

  • Open the bonuses and mark the wins; the widget and stats update themselves.

Manage the hunt right from chat

You can do more than collect slots from chat: the whole hunt runs on commands, without opening the admin panel. A moderator or the streamer types into Kick or Twitch chat:

  • !bh start 1000: create a hunt and set the starting balance.

  • !bh+ Sweet Bonanza 10: add a slot with its bet. The name is matched against the database automatically and the image shows up in the widget.

  • !bh play: move on to opening the bonuses.

  • !bh win last 250: record the last slot's win (or by name: !bh win sweet 250).

  • !bh end: finish the hunt and show a summary: spent, won, profit.

The OBS widget updates by itself, so you can run an entire bonus hunt without stepping away from the stream.

Why this beats a spreadsheet

A spreadsheet or text file misses the main thing: engagement. When slots arrive from chat, viewers become co-authors of the hunt, stay longer on stream and chat more actively.

On top of that you get what manual tracking never offers:

  • zero manual entry during the broadcast;

  • slot images instead of plain text;

  • Kick, Twitch and YouTube supported at once;

  • automatic stats for the whole hunt.

A bonus hunt tracker, the OBS widget and chat-based slot collection are already built into the platform, so separate programs and spreadsheets are not needed. Create your streamer site and run your first bonus hunt with the chat involved. And to keep your audience between hunts, take a look at stream giveaway ideas.
