1. General

StreamerPlatform (streamerplatform.com) is a SaaS platform providing streamers on Kick, Twitch, and YouTube with tools to create individual interactive websites for viewer engagement.

By using the platform (as a site owner or as a viewer on sites built on the platform), you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

The platform is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over.

2. Service Description

StreamerPlatform provides the following technical capabilities to site owners:

• Creation of branded websites with custom design, domain, and logo.
• Virtual coin economy system for viewer engagement (rewards for watching, tasks, referrals).
• Interactive modules: predictions, fortune wheel, raffles, bonus hunts, mini-games (Coinflip, Dice, Mines), marketplace, tasks, donations.
• Integration with Kick, Twitch, YouTube, and Telegram (auth, chat, notifications).
• OBS widgets for live streams.
• Domain purchase and automatic setup (Namecheap + Cloudflare).
• Viewer coin purchase module via Cryptadium (crypto payments).
• Earnings withdrawal system for site owners.

3. Role of the Platform

• StreamerPlatform is exclusively a technology provider. The platform provides software and infrastructure.
• The platform does not control or moderate content published by site owners and their viewers, including text, images, messages, news, and any other information.
• The platform is not a party to relationships between site owners and their viewers, including virtual currency sales, raffles, and prize distribution.
• The platform bears no responsibility for the actions of site owners, their moderators, or viewers.

4. Virtual Currency (Coins)

• Coins are virtual currency existing exclusively within sites built on the platform.
• Coins are not real money, have no monetary equivalent, and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
• Coin economy parameters (rewards, rates, limits) are determined by each individual site owner.

5. Virtual Currency Purchases

• The platform provides site owners with the technical capability to enable a coin purchase module for viewers via cryptocurrency through the Cryptadium payment gateway.
• The sale of virtual currency is conducted by the site owner, not by StreamerPlatform. The platform acts solely as a technology provider.
• The platform deducts a commission from each purchase as payment for use of the payment infrastructure.
• Activating the coin purchase module requires explicit confirmation by the site owner, who assumes responsibility for compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
• StreamerPlatform bears no responsibility for transactions between site owners and their viewers.

6. Site Owner Responsibilities

• The site owner bears full and exclusive responsibility for all content on their site, moderator actions, and relationships with viewers.
• The owner must independently ensure compliance with applicable laws of their country and their viewers' countries.
• The "Mini-Games", "Raffles", and "Coin Purchases" modules are disabled by default. Activation requires explicit confirmation with date, IP address, User-Agent, and owner identifier recorded.
• By activating these modules, the owner assumes full responsibility for compliance with applicable legislation.
• StreamerPlatform provides the ability to geo-block modules by region.

7. Mini-Games & Raffles

• The platform provides site owners with mini-game modules (Coinflip, Dice, Mines) and raffles. All mini-games use a Provably Fair system (SHA-256).
• Mini-games use virtual coins with no real monetary value and are entertainment only.
• Responsibility for conducting raffles and delivering prizes lies with the site owner.

8. Subscription & Payment

• Site owners pay a monthly subscription for platform usage.
• Billing is calculated monthly based on active user count with a tiered pricing system.
• Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency (USDT etc.) via Cryptadium.
• New owners receive a 14-day trial period.
• If the balance drops below the established limit, site access may be restricted.

9. Domains

• The platform offers domain purchases via Cryptadium at registrar cost.
• Domains are registered under StreamerPlatform's name for technical purposes. The site owner receives full usage rights during the registration period.
• Domain transfer to the owner's name is available upon request.
• Responsibility for content hosted on the domain lies with the site owner.

10. Legal Consent Recording

• All legal consents (registration, module activation, coin purchases) are recorded with date, time, IP address, User-Agent, and user identifier.
• This data is stored in the platform's audit system and is accessible to the administration.

11. Right to Suspend

• StreamerPlatform reserves the right to suspend or remove a site without prior notice upon receiving substantiated complaints of legal violations or breaches of these Terms.
• Non-payment may result in restricted access to the site.

12. Limitation of Liability

• StreamerPlatform bears no liability for legal violations by site owners.
• The platform bears no liability for illegal or prohibited content published by site owners.
• The platform bears no liability for damages caused to third parties by site owners or their viewers.
• The service is provided "as is". The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and bears no liability for technical failures.

13. Changes to Terms

StreamerPlatform may modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
